The thing about holiday stress is that you can actually moderate the degree to which you let it affect you. Most holidays aren’t easy on people. There is too much to do. Too many places to go. Too many places to be. Too much shopping. Too many long line-ups. The many pressures and expectations all contribute to stress and feelings of overwhelm.
