In general, I think people who have never practiced Reflexology or who have never experienced a treatment, seem to have a hard time believing it's possible that there is such a direct connection from the foot to the rest of the body. To a reflexologist, for example, if you have a headache, the big toe is key to relief of your pain. To a reflexologist, your body is superimposed on your feet. I always tell skeptics that I was also one when I first started learning about reflexology. I changed my mind when I started to see how it worked. I favor this practice more than others because I found it to be one of the most non-invasive ways to promote relaxation and relieve pain and tension.
