Reflexology is a phenomenal alternative health treatment. It can help to reduce stress and promote relaxation. It can also help to treat and manage headaches.

Many people say that reflexology can be even more relaxing than a full body massage. Part of the reason for this, I think, is that there is no need to disrobe and only your feet have to be exposed.

It has been suggested by many experts that approximately 75% of all illnesses are said to be related to stress. The impact of stress takes on many forms, including headaches.

Most people find that during a reflexology session, a warm feeling of relaxation comes over them. As specific areas of tension are worked, headaches can often be eliminated during a reflexology visit.

How does it work? Check out this reflexology article. Want to know more about what the research says about treating headaches through reflexology, see Reflexology and Migraine Headache.
