In response to Testimonials posted by Vman7748:

When my stress levels soar through the roof (a lot), I get the most incredibly painful toothaches, where it almost feels like there's an exposed nerve or someone's got some kind of crazy electro-shock torture session going on in my mouth. Yet my teeth themselves are fine, and noone can figure it out... just my body's response I guess. No amount of painkillers work, even after being prescribed strong ones by a dentist a few years back. I'm not a fan of taking pills for anything anyway, so I gave reflexology a try. It's the only thing that worked to give me instant relief. Now I use it as one option for headaches (I still find hot cocoa to be the best for them though, at least for me), and back pain when I overexert myself working out, in addition to stretching. I wish I'd started using it much sooner. happy
